Due to continued growth, we are looking for two Mainenance Operatives to join the LRL Roofing Solutions team, full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and safety systems
- General upkeep and inspections of grounds and equipment
- Install equipment and appliances
- Daily communication with Contract Manager
- Keep maintenance log and reports
- Use of plant and equipment, PASMA, IPAF, ladders
- Maintenance of of liquid, felt and single ply roof works
- General building maintenance, gutters, outlets, cappings, window cleaning etc.
- Coordination with Project Team
- Maintain LRL values – Safety, Quality and Value delivered with integrity
Location & commitments:
- Full time, permanent
- 39 hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:00
- Northwest & Yorkshire area
Candidate requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum 1 year (Essential)
- CSCS card
- Manual handling (Desirable but training is provided)
- Working at heights (Desirable but training is provided)
- 1-2 years’ experience in liquid or felt (Essential)
