Non-intrusive and non-destructive, our surveys can be carried out on new or existing flat roof systems and can be tailored to your needs.

Upon the competition of the survey, LRL will produce a detailed report on the current condition and expected lifespan of your roof including any relevant test results, photos and the nature of any defects identified.
Once a report has been issued, we can work with you, the client to identify the best route forwards whether that be targeted repairs, an ongoing maintenance plan, wholesale roof replacement or no immediate action at all.
