The Sales Executive Role – Who are you?
Can you help us in our journey to get to the next level? Do you have the ability identify opportunities and plan and deliver projects?
Are you comfortable to pick up the phone and speak to anyone in an organisation?
Whilst we won’t expect you to have all the answers, we are looking for someone who is curious, asks great questions and is able to source them through our expert team.
Key Responsibilities…are you up to the job?
Sales
- Management of the company lead process:
- Sourcing leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
- Building and developing prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications.
- Revisiting old installations and opportunities
- Managing data for new and prospective clients in Dynamics, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities to meet the organisation requirements.
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with all manufacturers, keeping in regular communications and arranging events.
- Support in the submissions company Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), Invitation to Tender and Framework
- Managing the after sales process by compiling customer feedback, testimonials. Gaining approval and arranging drone visits of completed sites for our library.
Marketing
- Keeping our website and social media channels updated. Managing and liaising with internal teams for success and technical expertise stories and developing content.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Must Have:
Desirables:
- Experience of working in the construction industry
- Support in submitting PQQ, ITT and Framework agreements
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience
- An ability to develop positive, creative stories to share through our social media channels
