This large community building is located in the heart of Wythenshawe, Manchester. The Forum houses various retail, medical, leisure and educational facilities, with a main transport terminus located on-site. We successfully liaised with Manchester Airport and the local Highways/Public Transport Department during the works to ensure the smooth running of services. We worked closely with roofing manufacturer, Bauder, to install a new BTRS System that involved the complete removal of a flat to pitch roof conversion. The energy efficient roof is now covered by a 20-year manufacturers guarantee.
