Part of Renaker’s ‘Greengate’ development and situated within the new ‘Colliers Yard’ neighbourhood in Salford, our involvement on this project focused on the roofing elements to a new residential high-rise tower, later named ‘Cortland’. Roof areas included the 50th level, a podium area on level 4 and various walkways around the perimeter of the building. The development provides 559 apartments and a retail space whilst becoming Salford’s tallest building.

The (Non-Working) Site Manager, Andrew Watt, was recently awarded with our LRL 'Rising Star' award at the Christmas party in 2023 for his commitment and management of this project. This was Andy's first project working at this level and we feel he excelled in communication with Renaker and by keeping the project to  programme despite numerous difficulties faced on-site.
