LRL is a family-owned business established in 2003 to provide commercial roofing applications using Liquid Plastics, since then we have developed into a leading commercial and industrial flat roofing contractor operating nationwide, installing felt, hotmelt, liquid and single ply roofing systems.

Role Description

Prepare daily plan of activities for all site staff, communicating via daily activity briefs
Ensure the project is completed to programme
Responsible for safety and quality on site
Daily communication with Contract Managers
Take accurate measurements against materials required
Maintaining LRL values – Safety, Quality and Value delivered with Integrity

Location & Commitments

Full time, permanent
Manchester, North West and Yorkshire areas

What We Are Looking For

Leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion and desire to learn and grow within the industry
Good level in Word, Excel and Outlook

Essential Skills

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
CSCS card (essential)
Manual Handling training (desirable but training is provided)
Working at Heights (desirable but training is provided)
SMSTS (essential)
IOSH Training (beneficial)
